On the Lentille Terre Rouge site in Esch-sur-Alzette, developer Iko Real Estate has entrusted Unicorn Real Estate with the commercialisation of its 47 flats in the Liicht project.

47 flats ranging from studios to 4-bedrooms will be built in an environmentally-friendly living environment. With its leafy inner courtyard, uninterrupted views of the listed buildings and ideal location right at the heart of the district's services and transport links, Liicht is the ideal project for a primary residence and/or investment.

The residence of 47 flats has been named Liicht because it has been designed around light. From studios to duplexes with gardens, all the flats have been designed around large panoramic windows.

Liicht is an intimate building with a light-reflecting metallic skin, inspired by the steelmaking past of the Terres-Rouge Lens. It features large windows highlighted in wood, with private gardens and cascading terraces at its centre. The architecture offers additional indoor and outdoor space. Each flat has a loggia or garden and terrace, and there is also a community room to encourage social interaction.

The residence has benefited from a sustainable architectural design that respects both the environment and the comfort of its residents. Liicht's AAA energy rating fits in perfectly with the vision of the district, which has been awarded Carbon Footprint Neutral certification and Well Community pre-certification, demonstrating its commitment to significantly reducing its carbon footprint. This vision was shared with the project's architects, Carta-Reichen et Robert Associés, who wanted a unique architectural design that reflected the rich steel heritage of the Terres-Rouges Lens.

Rout Lëns is an area undergoing major change, located to the south of Luxembourg City and offering a host of nearby amenities, including schools, maisons relais, the University of Esch-Belval, sports facilities, shops and, by 2031, the Südspidol hospital. The ideal location of this forward-looking district means that Esch station can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot, and Esch-Belval station in 5 minutes by train. It is 20 km from Luxembourg city and 1 km from Esch-sur-Alzette town hall.

Rout Lëns is a car-free district with underground car parks. Residents of the Rout Lëns district will enjoy privileged access to the transport infrastructure serving the residence: Bus à Haut Niveau de Service and cycle paths.
