First vernissage at the first real estate gallery in Luxembourg
The UNICORN agency inaugurates its new flagship concept: a real estate agency-gallery located at 18 rue du Marché-aux Herbes, opposite the Grand Ducal Palace. It is in a sumptuous and renovated setting -ancient preserved façade, beautiful mosaic on the floor and real estate projects transformed into works of art along a 4-level hanging path- that Céline Cokelaere and Fernand Hornung, directors-associates of the unicorn real estate agency, inaugurated this showcase in the presence of numerous personalities from the political and business world, their clients, partners and friends. The concept of the gallery is not only marketing but also based on the history of the place. "Before our arrival, this place was already a gallery and we wanted to give back its letters of nobility to this remarkable space. Here and now, the works exhibited are properties and real estate projects that we market," explains Fernand Hornung. The visitor discovers a journey of visual renderings represented by photographs or large format 3D simulations. The artists here are architects, designers and other developers. Almost all of them were present at the event, including several Luxembourg architectural firms such as Dewey & Muller, Tom Simon, Pia Mai, Tetra Kayser, as well as the internationally renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners. Enthusiastically, they all communicated their visions and passions about their respective projects to an informed and captive audience. We are particularly proud to count among our guests the managers of Codic and the architects of the Royal Hamilius project - the flagship project in the city center of Luxembourg, which we are marketing exclusively with Jones Lang Lasalle," admits Céline Cokelaere, "or to present our own project of a rehabilitation of a former production workshop into lofts in the eastern region of the country that we are developing. Founded in 2004 in Esch-sur-Alzette, unicorn naturally continues its strategic development by moving to the capital.
