The UNICORN team accompanied by the CAPELLI GROUP were present at the launching event of the project "Les Résidences du Parc" soon located in Hesperange.
The new face of the PAP Rothweit II development project was unveiled alongside the town's mayor, Mr Marc Lies.
On this occasion, William Lambé, director of the agency Capelli Lux revealed a preview to the residents of Hesperange the first two buildings of the real estate program Les Résidences du Parc: Sequoia and Acacia.
During this event, Capelli Lux proposed to the inhabitants a new approach in the real estate sector in Luxembourg: to participate in the design of their future home. In order to offer the best quality of life to future residents, they will have the opportunity to design the spaces of their apartment themselves, a great opportunity to create a place that reflects their image.
UNICORN was pleased to present these different elements to the many people present at the inauguration.
